Meetings are normally monthly however at Seminar time, during planning, production of Newsletter and AGM meetings may happen on a weekly basis. Advisory Committees also meet on a monthly basis in between Management Committee meetings so that a report of their activities is available for management meeting. The Management Committee monitors all activities and they take part in research and evaluation at the end of each year.
